Sedgwick initially engaged with Elire in the fall of 2022 after attending the annual Elire Treasury Experience conference. They sought guidance on maximizing the use of Kyriba. Elire stepped in to provide a comprehensive reporting overview, troubleshoot existing issues, evaluate user access, and deliver best practices training on Kyriba’s functionalities. Together, they worked to identify Sedgwick’s long-term goals, creating a roadmap for gradual improvements over time. By 2024, Sedgwick and Elire had deepened their partnership, collaborating to configure Kyriba for HSBC and Bank of America statement reporting, as well as establishing payment routing using Connectivity as a Service. Additionally, Elire supported Sedgwick’s integration of SAP HANA into their SAP system.
