PeopleSoft 9.2 Upgrade
Scope of the Project
The Scope of this project was to complete a 9.2 PeopleSoft Financials Upgrade using Elire’s Success Delivered project methodology and Elire’s Upgrade Accelerator Tools while minimizing the changes to the end users and core business processes, as well as the Implementation of PeopleSoft Lease Administration and implementation of the Canon AP Automation Solution. The goal was to upgrade to 9.2 and take advantage of those new features where it made sense, i.e., replace invasive customizations or provide a high cost/benefit ratio.
The Challenge
Elire successfully completed Advanced Disposal’s PeopleSoft 9.2 Upgrade. Project scope included the installation of PeopleSoft 9.2, implementation of PS Lease Administration, implementation of the Canon AP Automation Solution, Fit/Gap analysis for PS Technical Upgrade, and mobile capabilities for Expenses and ePro-Req approvals.
