Strategic Advisory Services Change Management
Scope of the Project
DavenportLawrence is a professional services firm that leveraged Elire’s expertise on Change Management for their internal team. Their first engagement with Elire was for their Peoplesoft 9.2 upgrade. The Elire team incorporated Change Management and User Acceptance Testing as a part of the larger engagement to upgrade Davenport’s internal environment to 9.2. The team mapped the full life cycle of processes and held fit gap sessions.
The Challenge
The Elire team faced challenges including the Davenport Lawrance employees bringing resistance to change and not many employees accepting new methodology and various workstreams.
Success Delivered
The Elire team successfully presented our Change Management deliverables that helped deliver a successful upgrade. The team ensured that the approach was flexible to accommodate DavenportLawrence and the team implemented a tailored set of training materials for Davenport. The team presented their trainer toolkit, completed readiness surveys to ensure the team was open to change, and ensured proper communications were sent out. Go-live was 1/12/2019.
