Insurance Brokerage PeopleSoft PUM Optimization and PeopleTools Upgrade

The Challenge

Lockton required the work to be completed within a highly compressed timeline, leaving no room for delays or rework. In addition to the technical complexity of performing upgrades across HCM and FSCM simultaneously, the project also required consideration of organizational needs: Lockton stakeholders were initially hesitant to rely on external project management support. Elire established trust early and demonstrated consistent leadership through our project management process.  

This initiative occurred in parallel with a multiyear partnership in which Lockton had transitioned between On-Premise delivery and Managed Services. Elire maintained continuity, managed handoffs smoothly, and preserved confidence across multiple teams and delivery models, navigating the additional layers of complexity. These factors demanded Elire’s approach of disciplined communication, strong coordination, and an approach that balanced technical precision with relationship stewardship.
