Project Management Support

Scope of the Project

TCU had purchased the PageUp system, with several modules including Recruiting, LMS, On-Boarding. When TCU purchased module licenses, they also paid upfront for their functional and technical implementation from PageUp directly. However, the agreement with PageUp excluded project management. TCU turned to Elire for project management expertise to support the implementation of the Recruiting module. TCU required a Project Manager with expertise in business process requirements design, testing, and training, who could also oversee the project timeline and ensure deliverables were completed. Elire was able to provide these requirements.

The Challenge

The PageUp SOW had a very limited number of hours for the build and implementation work. In addition, the client faced difficulties in resource allocation due to limited staff availability to dedicate time to the project.

Success Delivered

Elire was able to step in and create a detailed and well-organized project plan to get the project off the ground. Once the project was in motion, Elire ensured timely completion of all tasks using a strong project management structure and methodology. Elire established regular status and stakeholder meetings to keep all parties involved, and escalated pending decisions, issues, and risks with leadership and/or stakeholders, which all helped to ensure timelines were met and that the deliverables met expectations. The recruiting module was implemented successfully and TCU provided positive feedback around Elire’s work and the quality the team delivered.
