Work is typically supervised by a Managing or Principal Consultant. May be responsible for one or more deliverables and may hold the position of an Application or Module Lead. Managing Consultant — Approximately 5-7 years of prior consulting experience. Responsible for a software module or phase of an implementation and a team of Consultants and/or Senior Consultants. Operates with minimal supervision, but may report to a Principal Consultant or Elire Partner. Moderate to significant exposure to high-level client personnel. Holds a strong understanding of the project implementation life-cycle and has industry-specific knowledge in best practices. Able to apply complex ideas, issues, and observations into clear and understandable work products. Leads the gathering and submission of high quality deliverables to the client. Send Resume

Principal Consultant — A minimum of 7 years prior consulting experience. Typically holds the project manager position or may be responsible for several modules/phases of a project with high complexity. Key interface with high-level client personnel. Holds expert knowledge specific to an industry, module, or project phase. Creates innovative solutions for complex business issues. Able to channel team efforts toward desired goals and applies processes which support effective teamwork. Committed to the development of others and is proactive in giving support and feedback.
