Karen Willis, CTP

Ms. Willis has been active in the finance industry for over 20 years, while also providing technology services including project management, system design, development, and training for financial and risk management applications.  In the position of CFO, Treasurer, Assistant VP, Product Manager, and Project Manager, she has had direct responsibility for the development and implementation of critical business systems.  She also has provided these same services for the PeopleSoft Treasury, PeopleSoft Payables, PeopleSoft Expense, and PeopleSoft Purchasing applications.  Roles held combine both a strong functional knowledge of finance, with excellent project management and analysis skills.

Academic credentials held include a B.B.A. and an M.B.A. degree in Finance.  Also a Certified Treasury Professional recognized by the Association for Financial Professionals for 12 years.
